The Customer Service Excellence ® Standard workshops have been specially designed to help you get started on your Customer Excellence journey.

Led by one of our experienced CSE Assessors, these workshops will give you all the tools and knowledge needed to help you decide if the Customer Service Excellence ® Standard is right for you.

As well as going through the Customer Service Excellence ® Standard in detail you will have the chance to ask any questions with regards to the assessment process, evidence gathering, costs and timescales.

There will also be opportunities to network with colleagues and share good practice as well as support in completing the necessary forms.
