Assessments are carried out by our licensed certification bodies. We are confident that these organisations offer excellent choice, flexibility and value for money. Selection and appointment of a certification body is entirely at your discretion. Once you have decided to commit to Customer Service Excellence ® you can embark on an assessment at any time, subject to the agreement of your preferred certification body.
