CSE TRAINING WORKSHOPS 2013
CSE Training Workshops are designed for organisations looking to become accredited with the Customer Service Excellence Standard (CSE), who would like individuals within their teams who will be responsible for preparing for a CSE assessment to receive some CSE training.
The training is designed to give an operational knowledge of the concepts of CSE and the skills necessary to undertake the assessment process. The program will include insight into segmentation, benchmarking, customer journey mapping and the five criteria of CSE. Each delegate will develop an understanding of the CSE framework, put this into context, understand the business imperatives and acquire the skills necessary to successfully implement the program and maintain it.
A further workshop is on November 6th 2013 at G4S, 105, Southside, Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT.

CSE Awareness Events 2013

This event is designed tocover everything you need to know to allow you to make an informed decision about whether the Standard is right for you and your organisation. The day will focus on;

- A detailed overview of the 5 Criteria
- The certification process; how it works and what you need to do next
- How CSE can benefit your organisation.
