REWARD AND RECOGNITION
Once an organisation has successfully reached the standard for Customer Service Excellence ® they will be certified as a holder. Organisations will receive from their Certification Body a certificate as an acknowledgement of this significant achievement.
The certificate can be displayed by the organisation to show that they have Customer Service Excellence ®. The name of the organisation and the contact details will also be included in the Holder's Directory which is on this website.
We encourage organisations to promote their success by holding their own events within their locality. Contact your colleagues and tell them of your success. Information on ways of promoting your achievement are included in the Communication tools pages.
If your organisation has recently reached the standard write to us and forward the details (and photographs) of your celebration events and we may feature them on this website.
