  • offer an easy-to-use online application tool and have developed an online dynamic tool specifically for the new Customer Service Excellence ® standard;
  • can offer a range of assessment options tailored to fit each applicant, whether they are new to assessment for Customer Service Excellence ® or transitioning from Charter Mark;
  • produce performance compliance charts for corporate programmes to facilitate excellent management reporting;
  • can benchmark at organisation/sector/national level;
  • is supporting over 35 corporate programmes;
  • have conducted a large corporate programme which encompassed 68 single services;
  • has over 25 accredited assessors and certifiers, who are all CRB checked

  • have invested time and resource into extensive research mapping documents to help current holders transition to the new Customer Service Excellence ® standard.
