After a thorough and robust process which included a pre-assessment to make them aware of any gaps in their processes, Roythornes were awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard in 2016 where they become the first law firm to do so in the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire areas.

Since implementing the standard, Roythornes have seen that they continue to apply great levels of service to their customers and as one of the few law firms to achieve the award, it certainly puts them ahead of their competitors.
Ann also gave some valuable advice to firms considering the assessment, “Good service comes from understanding the needs of the different customers, keeping promises and delivering consistently high standards. The standard helps to focus on the criteria and refine all elements of service given”.
