Assessments are carried out by our licensed certification bodies. We are confident that these organisations offer excellent choice, flexibility and value for money. Selection and appointment of a certification body is entirely at your discretion. Once you have decided to commit to Customer Service Excellence you can embark on an assessment at any time, subject to the agreement of your preferred certification body.
